INTRODUCTION: Tossa jute (Corchorus olitorius) are composed primarily of the plant materials cellulose and lignin. Jute fibre falls into the bast fibre category (fibre collected from bast, the phloem of the plant, sometimes called the "skin") along with kenaf, industrial hemp, flax (linen), ramie, etc.

The industrial term for jute fibre is raw jute. These raw jutes are deep brown of very dull in colour appearance. SB GOLD is perfect solution of conversion of raw jute into Golden coloured fibre; it enhanced the product appearance, and Zero strength loss is reported yet. It is food grade quality.

DOSES:

1 KG SB GOLD is enough for 1 KL water i.e., 0.1% (w/v) ratio. Quantity of Raw jute can be vary depending on Unit practice.

TREATMENT TIME:

35- 40 Minutes are sufficient for treatment of raw jute.

PH:

6.8 to 7; so, safe during prolonged contact also.

It is slightly viscous material having density is 179 gm/cm3
